If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they may contact you by phone or reschedule the delivery.

If the order is returned to us after unsuccessful attempts, we may contact you for re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:
